If you’re planning a trip to Montenegro and want a stay that combines modern comfort with incredible views, Olga’s Piece of Paradise in Dobrota is worth considering. Just 15 minutes from Kotor Old Town, this brand-new three-bedroom apartment spans 130 m² and accommodates up to six adults. It’s tastefully designed with modern colours, designer lighting and high-quality finishes, making it an ideal base for couples, families or friends who want both comfort and functionality on their Montenegro holiday.

Set in the quiet coastal area of Dobrota, the property offers easy access to Kotor’s historic centre, nearby beaches and boat tours. Free street parking adds convenience for those hiring a car. The highlight is the view – from every room, you’ll see the sea, mountains and the Bay of Kotor. The private balcony is perfect for outdoor dining or evening drinks, while inside, large windows frame the scenery whether you’re in the living room or the bedroom.

Rooms, Amenities and Comfort

The apartment has three bedrooms with air conditioning, heating and blackout shades. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, plus a separate laundry room. The open-plan living area features a dining table and a Smart TV with international channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, along with cooking basics, utensils and wine glasses. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout, and additional amenities include a washer, iron, drying rack and a pack ’n play for families. Step-free access and an elevator make it easy for all guests.

Host and Guest Experience

Marija, the Superhost, goes beyond offering a perfect apartment. She provides a detailed local guidebook with recommendations for restaurants, wine, boat tours and practical information such as medical services and parking. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome. Housekeeping is offered at an extra cost. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. House rules include no pets, no smoking and no parties.

Check-in begins at the Dare to Dream office, just a two-minute walk from the apartment. As part of registration, guests are registered as tourists to avoid border issues. After registration, the office provides clear instructions to the apartment. Airport pick-up can also be arranged through the host for an additional fee.

Nearby Highlights

The apartment is set on a steep hill with steps leading down to the main road and to the beach. A small public beach is just a five-minute walk from the apartment, perfect for a morning swim or relaxing by the water. Next to this beach is Virtu Beach Club, which quickly became our favourite. We had breakfast and lunch there most days and even hired a cabana for a day. The water is calm and crystal clear, ideal for swimming. We also loved having breakfast at Hotel Forza Terra, located right next to Virtu Beach Club. Its terrace sits directly on the water, offering stunning views of cruise ships sailing by, and one morning we even spotted dolphins swimming in the bay.

Along this stretch of the coast, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to explore. For trips to Kotor Old Town, taxis can be picked up along the main road, though wait times vary depending on the time of day. One day, we walked from the apartment to the Old Town, which took around 40 minutes. For essentials, there is a small grocery shop and bakery about five minutes up the hill from the apartment, making it easy to pick up supplies without venturing far.

This Airbnb is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for space, comfort and a stylish base to explore Montenegro. The apartment offers panoramic views of the bay and surrounding mountains, modern interiors and a fully equipped kitchen. Its location provides quick access to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, while staying just outside the busy streets of Old Town Kotor, so you can enjoy the area without the crowds. Taxis are readily available along the main road, and the Old Town is also within walking distance for those who prefer a scenic 40-minute stroll. The combination of size, comfort, convenient location, and scenic surroundings makes it one of the top Airbnb options in the Kotor area, suitable for both short stays and longer holidays.
